Common questions

Do I need a separate RevivaGo account?
No. If you already book IV therapy as a patient, sign in and add provider access to the same account. New clinicians create one provider account.
Do I have to buy my own supplies?
No upfront inventory purchase. We stock and manage kits locally. You pick up what you need for visits instead of building your own supply closet.
How does availability work?
Go online or offline from your dashboard, similar to ride-share or delivery apps. Patients can book while you are online. You can also set recurring schedule blocks if you prefer planned hours, but committed shifts are not required.
When can I start taking visits?
After you submit your provider profile and our team approves your credentials. You can look around the dashboard before that, but patients won't see you until you're approved.
What credentials do you accept?
Licensed RNs, paramedics, nurse practitioners, and physicians in good standing. You'll upload verification when you set up your profile.
When does the patient pay?
Before you arrive. Patients complete intake and authorize payment when they book. By the time you are headed to the visit, they have already committed: no card at the door, no last-minute cancellations when you pull up, and no payment disputes at the bedside.
